Cost Management: Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction works, ensuring that costs are kept within project limits. Measurement and Valuation: Conduct on-site measurements and valuations of works completed to ensure accurate and fair payment claims. Subcontractor Management: Support in the procurement and management of subcontractor agreements, including contract negotiation, pricing, and ensuring compliance with Linxon’s standards and project specifications. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, cost forecasts, and contract administration to track project progress and financial performance. Risk Management: Identify and report on potential risks and cost impacts to the project, helping to mitigate these through careful analysis and planning. Change Management: Assist with the management of contract variations and change orders, ensuring that changes are properly recorded and communicated with stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with financial objectives. Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Skills and Qualifications: Degree: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks. IT Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quantity surveying software.
