About the Role:
As our Head of Talent, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the very best talent to join SR2. This isn’t just about filling seats—it’s about building relationships, cultivating networks, and positioning SR2 as the go-to destination for top-tier recruiters who align with our values and ambitions.
You’ll need to be highly proactive, with a laser focus on outreach and engagement. You’ll thrive on connecting with standout recruiters, selling our global opportunities, and ensuring SR2 continues to attract the very best talent as we scale our teams across Tech for Impact, Clean Energy, and Consulting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Proactive Talent Outreach:
* Identify and engage with the top-performing recruiters in the industry.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships and talent pipelines, positioning SR2 as the recruiter of choice globally.
* Develop creative, varied and innovative sourcing strategies to find outstanding individuals.
* Working with and having management responsibility for our existing Talent Manager in Bristol to ensure we have the best outreach strategy and can execute our growth plans over the next 3 years as an internal team.
Global Opportunities Pitching:
* Position SR2’s global opportunities and our mission-driven ethos to attract the very best talent.
* Sell the vision of our three-year growth plan and inspire top recruiters to join us on the journey.
Building Networks & Relationships:
* Cultivate strong networks within recruitment communities across our three core sectors.
* Be a brand ambassador for SR2, attending industry events, and career fairs and leveraging social platforms to grow awareness and interest.
* Managing and controlling our key rec-rec relationships as the main POC.
Talent Selection & Onboarding:
* Own the end-to-end internal recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
* Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that aligns new hires with SR2’s culture, mission, and high-performance standards.
Strategic Growth Contribution:
* Work closely with leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with SR2’s long-term global growth strategy.
* Provide market insights and talent data to inform recruitment strategies.
