* Assess and resolve complex technical issues related to AX software.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O functionalities and features.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting services for AX-related issues.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize system performance.
* Analyzing and resolving technical problems through effective root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Extensive experience in providing technical support and maintenance services for ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* In-depth knowledge of AX software features and functionalities, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
