Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development : Lead and develop a team of Store Managers across multiple locations in South London. Ensure they are equipped to achieve sales targets, exceed KPIs, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
* Sales & Performance Management : Implement effective sales strategies that drive performance in your region. Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and use insights to enhance results across all stores.
* Customer Experience : Champion exceptional customer service by ensuring that every store delivers a tailored, assisted sales experience in line with company values.
* Operational Excellence : Oversee the operational performance of all stores in your region, ensuring they meet company standards in terms of compliance, stock management, and store presentation.
* Talent Development : Manage the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of store teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, talent growth, and high engagement.
* Financial Management : Drive profitability across your region by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring each store maximizes sales and efficiency.
* Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on regional performance and contributing to company-wide initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assisted sales and proven success in retail or trade leadership roles. Specifically, you will have:
* Proven experience in assisted sales, with a track record of success in leading sales-driven environments and teams.
* A strong background in multi-site management or as a Regional Manager in the retail or trade sector .
* A demonstrable ability to drive sales growth and operational performance across multiple locations.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams to consistently exceed expectations.
* Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance to drive profitability and growth.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with both senior leadership and store teams.
