Lead and Inspire Our Merchandise and Samples Warehouse Teams
The Team Supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing the Merchandise Warehouse and Sample Room teams, ensuring optimum utilisation and efficiency within the storage/working area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop the Merchandise Warehouse and Sample Room teams, including recruitment, induction, training, absence, time keeping and discipline.
2. Train new team members on IT systems, including Relag, handsets, SAP and courier consignments processing.
3. Coordinate work flows between relevant departments.
4. Ensure highest levels of housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness and workplace organisation.
5. Support Management in identifying and implementing best working practices.
6. Supervise the implementation of changes in relation to new work procedures.
7. Maintain relevant key performance indicators and reports.
8. Participate in departmental projects as required.
9. Coordinate and carry out stock checks, cycle counts and ad-hoc checks.
10. Investigate and resolve customer complaints within the Pick-Pack section.
Requirements:
1. Line-management experience.
2. Relevant, related work experience and knowledge of warehouse management and distribution.
3. Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
4. Good written and verbal skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Good standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
