Job Title: Technical Service Delivery Advisor (Customer & Compliance)
Location: Hybrid Durrington office- 2 days in the office
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours, Monday – Friday, usually 09:00- 16:30, but there will be approx. 1 in 4 weeks where it’ll be 09:00-17:00
Salary: Up to £25,900 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications

About you:
We are looking for a passionate individual to join us in this role, responsible for providing outstanding customer service by efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls related to Developer Services.
Alongside this, you will manage various administrative and financial tasks, including post and email correspondence, as well as application processing.
Your commitment to our service standards will ensure our customers receive the highest level of support. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in keeping track of customer priorities and following up on commitments made, ensuring their needs are met.
You will have the opportunity to identify and promptly address customer needs, aiming for a realistic resolution to queries with a "right first time" approach.
Efficient time management and collaboration with the wider team will be crucial in maintaining optimal work volumes and achieving service levels.
Flexibility between telephone and administrative activities will be necessary to meet our customers' demands in alignment with business requirements.
Your expertise will be vital in addressing customer queries with the appropriate tone and manner, expertly navigating, and updating our supporting systems simultaneously to ensure successful resolution of customer issues. Furthermore, collaboration with other departments will be expected as you direct queries to the appropriate teams and provide first-time responses through appropriate routing,
You will also provide relevant support and training to colleagues when needed, fostering a supportive work environment. Additionally, experience with complaints would be beneficial.
Presenting information to customers concisely, clearly, and accurately will contribute to their satisfaction.
