Service Controller
£24,000 per annum
6 month contract
Commutable for Wrexham, Ellesmere, Oswestry
Working hours are Monday -Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am-4.30pm

The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Service Controller for a reputable company that provides premium equipment to a variety of industries. This role will suit a candidate with strong customer service and administration skills.
The responsibilities of the Service Controller:
* Assisting service department, handling calls and dealing with enquiries.
* Preparing estimates for repairs and progressing with the customer.
* Answering phone calls from customers requesting breakdown assistance, parts and general enquiries.
* General administration duties, such as collecting and processing engineer's paperwork.
* Maintaining records for monthly KPI information, completing KPI reports.
* Controlling and monitoring work in progress.
* Processing invoices and purchase orders.
The successfully appointed Service Controller will have:
* The ability to provide excellent administration and customer service.
* Strong IT skills (Google Suite and Microsoft packages).
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* The ability to work productively in a fast working environment.
* Manufacturing or service background (desirable).
* Working knowledge of SAP (desirable as training will be provided).
