As the HR Advisor, you'll benefit from:
1. Holidays: 23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
2. Hybrid Working: 1-2 days per week from home

4. Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Being a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, offering guidance on policies, best practices, and employment law
2. Supporting recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
3. Championing employee wellbeing, assisting with absence management, occupational health referrals, and wellbeing initiatives
4. Guiding managers through employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews
5. Ensuring HR systems and data are up to date, maintaining accurate records and generating useful insights
6. Staying ahead of HR trends and legislation, keeping policies compliant and continuously improving processes
As the HR Advisor, your skills and experience will include:
1. HR experience particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
2. Being a natural people person, someone who builds relationships with empathy, fairness, and professionalism
3. Good organisation, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and accurately
4. Good working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to apply it practically
5. Being a proactive problem-solver and always looking for ways to improve processes to support the business
6. A HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3 or above) is preferred but not essential
