We create stories and journeys that help Owners discover, choose, purchase, learn about and solve issues they may have with our machines. About the role Dyson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content Production to join the team. This role will be primarily based at our London office, with two days per week spent at our Malmesbury Campus. The Head of Content Production is accountable for the successful and efficient delivery of this content to champion creative excellence in all we do. Oversee successful delivery of all Dyson imagery and film productions, leveraging internal teams and external suppliers. Drive an adaptable content production approach, blending traditional, tech-led methods (e.g., VP, AI), and budget-appropriate solutions. Lead and develop the Film and Imagery production team, ensuring high-quality output, clear direction, and alignment with business objectives. Streamline production operations, improve efficiency, and introduce scalability through cost negotiation, planning, and process optimization. Matrix-report on regional production teams, ensuring standardization, risk management, and alignment with global strategies. Define strategic content production approaches that balance internal capabilities with external partner scalability. Harness AI and automation opportunities to drive innovation and enhance production. Provide upstream production consulting to align concepts with creative, technical, and efficiency goals. Influence at all levels, building strong relationships and exemplifying best practices. Collaborate with Creative leadership and Heads of Film/Art to elevate creative standards and align production with creative objectives. Manage production risks, ensure compliance with Dyson policies, and uphold industry best practices. Serve as senior production stakeholder with global suppliers, ensuring service quality across creative and operational needs.
