Early Years Class Teacher

Required for September 2025 or sooner, Early Years Class teacher TMS (£31,650- £43,607).
The Governors in support of the Directors from The Newman Catholic Collegiate are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Early Years class teacher to join our Outstanding, friendly, hardworking and committed team. We require an individual who will maintain the highest levels of effectiveness and pedagogical development throughout their career and vitally, will celebrate and reflect our children’s unique talents and gifts.
Our new teacher will:
* Be committed to actively upholding the catholic ethos of our school
* Be a good and better classroom practitioner, committed to raising standards
* Be creative, imaginative and innovative
* Have high expectations of pupil achievement, attainment and behaviour
* Have good communication skills at all levels
* Has knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
* Has knowledge of Early Stages of child development and is able to plan effectively to incorporate these into practice.
* Can work as a member of our Early Years department and wider school team
