Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate arrangement with the suppliers/vendor of the airfreight operations. Manage all administration matters relating to the air operation set up. Generate billing invoices and reports. Collect market information, assist managers to understand market trends and choose the best route products. Assist the department manager to package the airline product portfolio and promote it across the board. Pay attention to our board capacity and receive the goods at any time. According to the needs of internal and external customers, timely provide quotations. Reconcile bills with airlines and suppliers. Participate in meetings and trainings between departments, and share the handling plan of abnormal events. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics and other relative majors. 1 or 2 years of working experience in logistics or relative industry. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, Chinese is a plus. Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details. Excellent decision-making ability, comprehensive analysis ability, business awareness, comprehensive analysis ability, and data compilation ability.
