As Assistant Domestic Manager at LUFT, you will be a key member of the Domestic management team, the post holder is required to manage and deploy resources effectively, ensuring that performance standards are achieved through leadership and effective monitoring systems. The post holder will be required to provide specialist knowledge and advice to service users, in regard to The National Standards of Cleaning 2021, COSHH and Infection Prevention & Control procedures, you will need effective IT, written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience of supervising a cleaning service is essential, you will be able to work under pressure with the ability to work as part of a team using your own initiative, In addition the post holder will support and deputise for the Domestic Service Manager as requested. The post holder has responsibility for ensuring cleaning is undertaken 24 hours per day. Flexibility will be required as the Domestic Team offer a 24 hour Service. This will mean that there will be occasional late finishes, occasional weekends and bank holiday working. The post is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, You must be able to work the following shift times: 07:00 - 15:00 & 12:00 -20:00.
