What you'll be doing You will have experience as a Senior Project Manager - MEP /Senior Technical Services Manager leading the Project management team with the planning and daily execution of the MEP Services on a construction project. Who we're looking for You will be involved in: Coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design. Working with consultants and subcontractors. Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures. Supervising the progress of work and run M&E trades Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract. Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies. Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule. Performing cost analysis as and when required. Participating in design reviews. What Were Looking For: Experience: Experience as a Senior Project Manager leading major MEP biased projects Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, with the ability to manage the process of submittal approvals and project schedules. Qualifications: MEP Building Services or have experience in a related field position. Commitment to Quality: Dedication to evaluating and improving project-related processes to meet/exceed customer expectations. Integrity: High levels of integrity with a focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and supporting company values.
