Job Description
* £11.92 per hour depending on experience
* Full time permanent position 40 hours per week worked over 5 days mainly evening shifts and weekends
* Shifts between 12.30 to 00.00
* Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
* Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions
* Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies
* Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments
* Effectively communicate with managers and all colleagues
* Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures
Qualifications
* Experienced bartender
* Knowledge of traditional cocktails and spirits
* Experience with handling guest queries and complaints
* Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
* A calm mature approach
* Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
* Dedicated team player with strong communication skills
* Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed
* Willing to learn new things
