Role : Office Admin
Must Have : Prior experience In Office Administration work
Location: Windsor
Work from office: 5 days weekly
Type : 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Job Responsibilities :
Emphasis on running the office not operations with a strong drive on customer focus.
Take calls
Meet & Greet visitors,
Set up an reset meeting rooms
purchase confection,
purchase stationery,
liaise with landlord, contractors & with local vendors,
book/co-ordinate couriers,
reconcile office expenses monthly for approval by UK Team lead
buy lunches for meetings etc
Assist with office H&S
ad-hoc tasks as and when required
