Overview of Role: The Product Delivery Lead will perform a vital role in providing a seamless relationship between Technology and Manufacturing functions. Acting as a trusted advisor and bringing to bear a combination of strong business acumen skills and technology expertise, they will work with Global Process Owners and our SI partner to help improve functional processes, and systems and solutions. They will Guards against 'siloed' behaviors, and proactively collaborates across Product teams to deliver a 'joined-up' solution. Key Deliverables: Interim custodians of the programs global template for each 'Wave'/business unit lead the definition and management of Product scope (Global template localisations; BPML, Enhancements, Interfaces etc). Lead scoping decisions, assessing impact on business case Contribute to definition of the programs approach (method & tooling) for Fit-Gap & Build. Communicate and ensure approach is consistently followed Plan owner for Fit-Gap and Build across multi-supplier team. Create and maintain plan; WBS, with tasks, resource/effort and dependencies Lead Product Teams; run stand-ups, day to day task and resource ( supplier) management and ensuring adherence to plan, budget and quality. Manage escalations Team capacity planning/management in conjunction with PMO Delegated resource utilisation accountability - optimising productivity of internal and external resource being applied to deliver their plan, monitoring productivity and approving monthly forecasts & invoicing Lead Status/KPI reporting RAID management. Accountable for adoption and supportability of delivered solution by the business Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders Oversee, QA and approve deliverables from Solution and Business teams, and provide overall solution leadership Contractor Experience & Skills Required Minimum 10 years CPG industry experience with at least 7 years' experience in SAP design, build & test, having been involved in multiple full life cycle implementations. Deep experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Plant Maintenance and Quality Management solutions. General SAP technical skills across multiple SAP LoBs: Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, FICO and IBP through to MRP. Specific SAP S/4HANA process and configuration experience in manufacturing to deliver processes. Including: Understanding the Manufacturing Master Data elements Bill of Materials Production Order Processing Work Centre Scheduling, Costing and Capacity Production Planning and Execution Demand Management: Make to Stock MRP Specific SAP S/4HANA process and configuration experience Plant Maintenance processes. Including: Inspection. Preventive maintenance. Repair. Specific SAP S/4HANA process and configuration experience in Quality Management processes. Including: Quality Planning. Quality Inspection. Experience of SAP implementations and transformation programs. Previous implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA. Ability to understand a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of E2E solutions designs. Possess a solid understanding of AGILE development methodologies. Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner. Experience of working in a fast-paced international business and working with teams in different geographies. Skilled in building strong external and internal strategic relationships.
