PM&C (Project Management & Control) Professional
What you’ll be doing:
* You will be accountable for the budget, performance and results of the team.
* You will ensure essential procedures are followed based on your knowledge of Project Management, provide guidance and application of Project Management techniques whilst also handling the implementation of appropriately tailored practices.
* You will adapt your project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
* You will exercise full management authority, including performance reviews, discipline and other personnel actions.
* You will also be responsible for training members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to pay decisions.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* University Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience (Application of related PM Competencies will be expected at this level).
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Project Control policies, processes, procedures and systems (SAP Experience, Microsoft Projects and Excel).
* Comprehensive Project Control experience demonstrated in a professional capacity and the specialist skills to ensure procedures are followed with the ability to define the standards which others will operate and guide others in the application of Project Control processes.
* Knowledge and experience of PM governance and assurance processes such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
* Gathers and analyses information, supports development of solutions and implementation approaches, and is able to perform advanced project reporting & scheduling.
Desirable:
PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification/ PMQ.
