Job Description:
The Project Manager is the key to ensuring the success of our Projects. IT@IFS Project Management spans from new technology implementations, company integrations, upgrades, or continuous improvement projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and steering projects of strategic importance to IFS. The IT Project Managers are valued highly within the IT IFS community due to their complete integrity and vast complex project and programme management experience. This role influences all levels in the IFS IT Organization and our business sponsors, and acts as ambassadors for the IFS Core Values and Principles. They challenge and drive the way IT@IFS delivers, influencing multiple functions and roles within the local, regional, and global organizations.
* Continuously engage with all levels of the organization always looking for a business lens and value to project outcomes
* Fully own End to End Project Delivery ensuring value creation is realized
* Provide knowledge, guidance, and coaching to other Project Managers
* Act as an escalation point for sponsors and key stakeholders concerning project delivery
* Provide input to IT@IFS delivery approach and contribute to continuous improvement of Methodology, Tools, and Processes within the IT organization, critically assessing the impact it could have on value to our business
* Act as a trusted partner to our IT function and business functions within IFS
Qualifications:
* Project Management experience in small to mid-size projects in a business platform background
* Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent training and qualification
* In-depth knowledge in at least one core Corporate platform, ideally SaaS and its delivery methodology
* Critical thinking throughout Delivery Lifecycle being a valuable contributor.
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English (verbal and written)
