We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Customer Service Manager at a premium retailer located in Manchester Airport. This role is situated in a dynamic, high-sales turnover environment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is our top priority at this premium retailer.
As the Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be driving the commercial success of your designated department. You will lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated staff members on the sales floor, emphasizing hands-on leadership and setting an example through your actions. Collaboration is key, as you'll be part of a larger management team overseeing various stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational processes.
Ideally, you'll come with a background in retail management, possessing a keen sense of commercial acumen. Your commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and your proactive approach to achieving store performance targets, in line with KPIs, will be invaluable. Given that many team members may hail from concessions and external brands, your expertise in building strong relationships will be highly beneficial.
The compensation package for this role includes a salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate, along with an extensive benefits package that features an annual bonus amounting to £3,600. The working pattern will be four on, two off.
