Nursery: Bright Horizons Wooldale Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £24,270.90 - £25,200 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Wootton, Northampton, NN4
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Wooldale Nursery.
Bright Horizons Wooldale Nursery is located in the village of Wootton in Northampton. The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated 'Good' and offers great transport links with it being just off of the A45 and close to Junction 15 on the M1. Regular bus routes operate nearby and the nursery offers on-site parking.

What you’ll be doing
10. Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
11. Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
12. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
13. Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
What we’re looking for
14. Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
15. Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
16. Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
17. Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
18. Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
19. Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
