Regional Sales Manager - Financial Services Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm based in Bristol, that is multi award winning and is enjoying consistent year on year organic growth. As a result of this, they are now looking for a Senior Manager to manage a team of Financial Advisors. This will be a varied role, from taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and support of the Advisors and dealing with any queries or issues that arise from staff, clients or third parties. You will also be responsible for identifying gaps in skills and knowledge and putting training programs in place, along with liaising with Compliance to ensuring you and the team are up to date with any changes within the industry. In addition, you will be conducting monthly one to one meetings with the Financial Advisers, to review business plans and pipeline. You will also sit in on some of their client meetings, to ensure a consistency of Advice is provided and in a compliant manner. Undertaking detailed analysis and review of business streams and providing Senior Managers and the board with up to date and accurate MI. In addition, you will take an active part in the recruitment process for both internal and external applicants. This is a high-profile role within the business, so you will need to be comfortable liaising at all levels and be able to produce accurate written and verbal information. You will ideally have been working in a similar role, either within a Wealth Management business or within High Street retail banking environment and are at least level 4 diploma qualified.
