We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of a Student Behaviour Mentor in February 2025. We are a specialist education site based in Swindon, supporting students aged 4-12 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor job focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivatingstudents throughout their education.
* Supporting pupils struggling with behaviour management challenges
* Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
* Tracking progress and implementing education plans
* Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
* Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material
