About the role
The desired Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT) will be working in our client secondary schools from Jan 2025, we have various roles available ranging from day to day supply cover to longer term contracts.
The Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT) will be responsible for delivering their subject across Key Stage 3 and 4 to mixed ability classes. We are looking for an Early Career Supply Teacher who is passionate and determined with high expectations of behaviour and attainment.
This is a great opportunity to work and gain experience in a range of secondary schools which could lead to long term or permanent work. This is also a great opportunity to work towards signing off part or all of your induction.
About the school
We work with a number of client Secondary Schools in our Preston office across Lancashire, which have an outstanding reputation in their local area and are passionate about ensuring our community provides the best possible education for our children. We provide teachers to schools across Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Burnley and Lancaster, so can provide local work.
We pride ourselves on providing a tailored service for our schools and candidates, finding the perfect candidate that is local to the school. Candidates have the freedom to let us know where they are happy to travel for work, and what year groups.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Career Supply Teacher (ECT) you will:
Experience of working with secondary school aged children
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team
