What You’ll Be Doing:
Teaching small groups (5 learners + LSA)
Delivering English, Maths & Employability through creative, real-life approaches
Planning interest-led sessions (English specialists welcome!)
Using the PACE model to support learnersWhat You’ll Need:
A Level 5+ teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, QTS)
Passion or experience in SEN education
