I am recruiting for a world leading manufacturing business who require an Interim Environment Health & Safety Manager. Initially there is a commitment of 3 months with a likelihood of extension.
For the position of Interim EHS Manager, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:
1. Managing Health, Safety and Environment Management systems and activities
2. Conducting training and meetings
3. Reporting into Group EHS Management & executive members of the business
4. Responding to incidents, reporting KPI's
5. Use of SAP & Microsoft office
6. Working across 3 sites in Merseyside, South Yorkshire & East Yorkshire
The successful Interim EHS Manager will need to have the following attributes:
1. Strong track record within EHS within a manufacturing capacity
2. Demonstrable knowledge of engineering equipment - conveyors, hoppers, baggers etc.
3. NEBOSH or equivalent
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
