About the Role As a Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in specifying, procuring, and managing production services for high-profile event and exhibition projects. From concept to on-site delivery, you’ll work closely with the agency’s creative and account teams to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and the creative vision is realised to the highest standard. What You’ll Do Pitch Support: Provide production and technical solutions during pitches, including cost estimates and specifications. Supplier Coordination: Brief supply chains on material specifications and technical equipment requirements, ensuring seamless execution. Project Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to develop timelines, schedules, and cash flow forecasts. Budget Management: Negotiate best-value contracts with suppliers, ensuring budgets are adhered to without compromising quality. Client Interaction: Attend client meetings to present technical and production plans, overseeing the creation of design concepts and technical drawings. On-Site Management: Lead on-site operations, ensuring smooth delivery while managing health and safety plans and RAMS. What We’re Looking For Experience: A background in agency environments with hands-on experience managing complex production for events and exhibitions. Strong knowledge of scenic manufacturing processes and technical production. Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Expertise in writing health and safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS). Exceptional supplier management and negotiation skills.
