An exciting Team Manager opportunity has arisen to be a part of The Care Leavers Team in Halton. If you are a children’s social care manager or an experienced Social Worker looking to make your next move, we would love to hear from you. The role will be to supervise a team of Personal Advisors to support our young people who have left care up to aged 25 in line with legislation. Our team supports Young people aged between 16-25 and also linking in with Social workers who support most 16-18 year old children in care to help plan transitions into adulthood. The candidate will have experience and knowledge of Leaving Care legislation, good practice and guidance, Children in Care legislation and be passionate about what it is to be a corporate parent in supporting our care experienced young people.
