We are recruiting for a Bespoke Stock Administrator based in Tamworth; Working for an established and growing company with prestigious offices and onsite parking. You will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry, established for over 30 years, based in Tamworth – Free car parking is available. Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Salary is £26,000 - £27,000
As the Bespoke Stock Administrator, you will be:
Dealing with customer back orders for rework products on a daily basis
Raising works orders across multiple warehouses using the CRM system
Printing work instructions (bespoke design form) for the rework warehouse
Liaising with the Customer Service team regarding any outstanding bespoke orders or stock issues
Completing works orders and transferring stock onto the CRM to the given location
Filing and scanning completed paperwork onto the DB Query online filing system
Checking back-order reports weekly and liaising with the rework warehouse about outstanding works orders
Reviewing "non-stocked lines" reports and raising works orders for relevant products, including coordination with the Scotland factory
Coordinating with the main warehouse to arrange goods movement and rework instructions
Supporting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator on all duties
Collaborating with the Technical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments on rework processes
Documenting rework procedures with the IT department and communicating processes to administrative teams
Monitoring reports and bespoke stock levels and resolving queries related to reworks
As the Bespoke Stock Administrator, you will have:
Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.
Excellent accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in Purchasing or Stock Control (advantageous but not essential).
