Working in our Uxbridge based summer school as the Academic Administrator is a great opportunity to extend your skills and hone your ability to work with students, within an exciting and varied role over the summer. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract from 28th June - mid-August 2025. You must be available to work in our summer school, based at the Brunel University for the duration of the contract. What does it involve? At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 students (ages 8-17) from overseas during the summer to help them improve their English. Students stay with us for 7-14 days at one of our fantastic school locations, taking part in a rich academic, activities and excursions programme while supporting their entire stay, including airport transfers, accommodation, and meals. As the Academic Administrator you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that deliver the academic programme and provide welfare support to our students in the school. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, such as maintaining registers, attendance, and preparing student ID. You will support the Academic Management Team, students, group leaders as part of a wider team. Please see the Job Description for a full list of duties and requirements.
