Financial Inclusion Officer
£28,770 to £31,364 pa
FTC/ Secondment until September 2025
37 hours per week
Warwick District Council provide support for people living who set up homes in the properties we provide.
We are looking for experienced candidates to provide a variety of services all designed to help sustain the tenancies of the individuals that we support and require people that are passionate about the work we do to drive the core values of the organisation forward, as well as being:

Many of our tenants have faced significant challenges in securing a positive future – they need support to make progress and achieve their aspirations and help to maintain their tenancies.
As a Financial Inclusion Officer, you will have a case load of tenants and you will play a pivotal role in their lives by providing a high standard of support, advice and practical help to enable them to maximise their income and help provide positive budgeting skills to help our customers sustain their tenancy and achieve greater independence.

The intention is for the postholder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available.
