Our Corporate Division supports the 4000+ strong workforce in L'Oréal UK & Ireland. It's a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you'll have visibility over our 4 Divisions and play an integral role in moving our business forward.

Working within the HR Services team you will be responsible for providing administration and operational support to our employees across UK & Ireland, as well as supporting the internal HR teams. You will collaborate and support other team members in a fast-paced, agile, and high-volume area.
You will
1. Handle all front-line employee queries effectively, responding in a timely manner and providing excellent levels of customer service.
2. Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to produce new starter contracts, follow up on employment references, confirm start dates, and ensure that all paperwork is received back from new recruits.
3. Support Emerging Talent with early career new starters (150+) at key processing periods.
4. Initiate new starter onboarding process ensuring all paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner.
5. Track all starters, leavers, transfers, and promotions and ensure that all internal systems are updated and relevant administration processes are completed.
6. Conduct right to work checks and ensure compliance with all processes.
7. Manage workflows of all monthly payroll information into HR information system (HRIS).
8. Take responsibility for auditing all HR systems ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
9. Support the HR Services team with regular reporting i.e. fleet reports, starters and leavers etc.
10. Manage the family leave process with all employees, around all types of leave e.g. maternity leave, paternity leave.
11. Provide general administrative support for all HR processes including performance and pay reviews, maintenance of staff remuneration records, sickness and absence monitoring.
12. Work on projects within the HR Services team to support process improvements, system changes etc.
