EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our customer operations department and become part of our Administration and Technical Support team. As part of this role you will predominantly be providing technical support to our customers, infrastructure team and regulators. This position can be located in Nottingham or Derby.
You’ll be involved in several daily activities such as ensuring accurate payment is made to our contractors, working complaints, recharges, and insurance claims. So, every day you will be able to expand your skill set more and more.
Plus, as part of this team you’ll not only get to utilise your excel and IT skills, but you’ll also be able to take leadership of your work, to ensure you’re meeting deadlines and managing your workload independently. A rewarding role all around.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
* Providing all types of support to our colleagues to ensure targets are met, such as Operational Technical Support to Customer Network Delivery, Planning, and Productions teams.
* Acting as a Continuous Improvement Champion and aiding in the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.
* Performing several administrative and support tasks as well as prioritising workload to deliver for our stakeholders and customers, ensuring SAP data is accurate by making sure that work is booked with the correct time booking, materials and other requirements.
* Managing and monitoring inboxes and workbench queues in order to meet our internal and external SLAs.
