Are you a strategic and visionary leader with a passion for advancing the field of MSK, pain, and rheumatology? Look no further than this exciting opportunity as a Clinical Delivery Lead for our London 2 region. This post combines a clinical caseload with a requirement to provide clinical leadership to the portfolio of services within the North-West London region (Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Chelsea, Westminster, Kensington, Harrow and Hillingdon) where our services cover a range of clinical service lines (MSK, CATS, pain and rheumatology). A core function of this role is to work with the operational manager, and in job share with another clinical delivery lead, to ensure effective capacity and demand modelling, optimised utilisation, waiting times and clinical skill mix within services. These services may be cross-specialty dependent on geographical area and are subject to change as contracts grow and evolve.
Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for someone who is passionate about advancing MSK, pain, rheumatology and wellbeing care across the geographic region in North-West London. You will require a breadth of clinical experience across primary, community and secondary care settings and clinical speciality areas. You will bring high level clinical expertise in your speciality area (MSK, pain, rheumatology and wellbeing) and a track-record for leadership within healthcare. You will bring experience of holding relationships with key stakeholders and positively influencing change within a healthcare system. You will have confidence in representing and developing a multi-professional workforce.
