An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to implement and oversee H&S across a busy and established construction company.
Our client is a West Yorkshire based contractor who delivers nationwide refurb projects up to £5m within the health sector.
They are seeking to recruit a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to ensure that H&S standards are upheld on all projects. This role involves a blend of office-based work and nationwide site visits.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance within the organisation, while also providing expert guidance and support to project teams.
Responsibilities:
* Development and Implementation of Safety Policies
* Regulatory Compliance
* Risk Assessment and Management
* Training and Education
* Incident Management
Requirements:
* NEBOSH or equivalent accreditation.
* Have worked at a senior level and therefore have the ability to gain credibility with senior management.
* Exposure in the review and development of Health and Safety Services within construction.
* Willingness to travel nationwide for site visits.
