We’re now looking for a Digital Sales and Marketing Associate to join our small, collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our UK and European sales growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. Your Role As a Digital Sales and Marketing Associate, you will: Develop and execute strategies to improve SEO and enhance the performance of our Google Ads campaigns. Collaborate with external web designers to expand our powder coating platform across Europe. Use analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing performance. Build Brand awareness and customer loyalty using e-marketing campaigns to promote special offers to existing and potential customers from our CRM and WooCommerce databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, from manufacturing companies to large commercial contractors. Respond to customer calls, e mails and orders for further information and advice. Support the sales team with customer engagement, reporting, and strategy development. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Digital Marketing or a related field. Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and using Google Analytics to measure results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, including content creation and report writing. Good personable and polite telephone and e mail communications. Motivation and the ability to work independently, managing strategic objectives and meeting deadlines. (Preferred but not essential) Previous experience in a sales or customer service role. What We Offer Salary: £26,000-£29,000 per year, based on experience. Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays. Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:30 am-4:30 pm) and Friday (8:00 am-4:00 pm).
