People who enjoy getting things done Due to business growth we have a great opportunity with progression and development for a Junior Administrator to join our team. We couldn't do the work which we do, without the dedicated support of our office-based administration teams. These are the people who enable our success every single day, wherever we're working and whatever the weather. The Role Work activities vary but will include – telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated. Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks: Communicating with your internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities Place Material requisitions orders. Receipting of material orders against invoices. Subcontract quality management including payment runs/variations and final accounting. Management of site administration including all document control. Uploading site documentation and downloading client data from BIMXtra. Organising site staff inductions through client's Biosite portal. Raising and receipting purchase orders We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following We'll be looking to you to ensure that the team's administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it's essential that you have previous administration experience and we'll expect accurate Microsoft Office skills with good intermediate knowledge of Excel and error free data entry. Experience of working in a similar construction site-based role would be beneficial. Due to location a full UK driving licence is required As you'll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also important.
