ABOUT THE ROLE Working closely with the Fashion Director, you will oversee the production, commissioning and casting of all main fashion shoots, as well as cover, beauty, jewellery, features and front of book shoots as required, across both Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. This key role will be responsible for all model casting as well as overseeing all fashion production, maintaining the brands’ reputation for creative excellence while also managing budgets and deadlines. ABOUT YOU Experience working on a luxury editorial magazine is essential. Proven ability in managing budgets and producing high-end luxury shoots in a cost-efficient way is essential. Relevant experience in editorial bookings and up to date contacts with model agencies and creative talent agencies is essential. Good contacts within the fashion editorial field, including photographers, stylists and producers. In depth knowledge of Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, including contributing creative teams. Interest in fashion trends, models and up and coming creative talent. Must be able to work as part of a creative team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple shoots and staying calm under pressure. Great attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task. Good team player and excellent people management skills required. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) essential.
