Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
Your role will be to help lead a small but experienced team from the front.
You will be on the shop floor making sales and coaching your team and ensuring customer service standards are maintained.
You will occasionally be involved in all optical duties such as dispensing but primarily be offering advice, managing staff, troubleshooting, rota management, KPI’s, P&L, and dealing with all of the day to day duties.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
You will be a GOC registered Dispensing Optician
This role is full time, working 5-days, including 3 in 4 Saturdays.
You will have a confident and up-beat personality with ambition to progress in your career.
Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

” A competitive salary of £30,000+ (depending on experience)
” 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays (Bank Holidays are closed)

” Hours would be 9am till 6pm – 40 hours to include Saturdays, no Sundays or Bank holidays
