SEND Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - £13.04ph
A SEND Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth. The role requires administrative support to the inclusion team. attendance team to develop and promote whole school attendance strategies. This is a temporary ongoing position.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare and manage annual review paperwork for students with SEN, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Schedule appointments for reviews and meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for parents in the absence of key staff, offering support when needed.
Complete initial paperwork for external agencies (e.g., Speech Therapists, Educational Psychologists).
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Key Skills:
Administrative experience within a similar role and environment.
Enhanced DBS or registration to the update system
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Organised and good attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems and databases.
