What the Job Involves This role is within the Early Help and Assessment Team in Children's Services, based in Usk and the Monmouthshire locality. It involves managing a caseload of children and families with varying complexities, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating actions to safeguard their welfare. Responsibilities include undertaking quality assessments, formulating plans, implementing agreed strategies, and developing relationships with foster carers and partner agencies. You will contribute to service development, supervise students where appropriate, and maintain professionalism through continued training and development.
