At Outwood Academy Hasland Hall we are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor, who will be responsible for organising the daily cover rota for absent staff and contacting teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff. You will be required to cover lessons as needed and in periods where cover is not required, you will assistant teaching in the classroom.
The post would ideally suit an individual considering a teaching career, but applications are welcome from any candidate with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.
Required to start as soon as possible, the successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise workload, and ensure strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative, be a role model to others and work within a team environment is key. You must possess good communication and listening skills and ensure that respect and confidentiality is maintained at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual, you must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.
