About the role: Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing Healthcare. We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to be the face of our busy Broadstairs Hearing Centre. Please see details of the role below: Full time Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (30 min unpaid break) Basic salary: £25,250 per annum (plus bonus) Permanent A Hidden Hearing uniform will be provided You must be able to drive as there will be occasional travel to our Margate Hearing Centre as and when required. Hidden Hearing does not offer Sponsorship to overseas candidates, so all applicants must have right to work in the UK. Responsibilities Role responsibilities include: Diary Management – you will managing (multiple) dispenser diaries to maximise appointment potential. You will be making appointments, maximising diary opportunities – reviewing future booked appointments. Confirmation of appointments with customers and ensuring that their attendance is supported. Liaise with Hearing Aid Dispenser colleagues to ensure that the diary is managed in an effective way. Administration – to maintain confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software. To comply with GDPR regulations. Maintain accurate reporting information, e.g. for stock. General administration duties. Sales – take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell hearing accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers. Customer Care – putting premium customer care at the forefront of everything you do, providing premium brand service to customers and prospects “before they even walk through the door”. This includes prompt answering of calls, building rapport warmly and professionally. Presentation of branch and self – ensuring that the branch is presented to brand standards – this includes presentation of branch marketing and ensuring the branch is kept clean and tidy and tea/coffee/water facilities are available and well stocked.
