Casino Manager, Coventry
1. Salary – £32,304 per annum (+ monthly tips + annual bonus potential of up to 10%)

As Casino Manager for Grosvenor Coventry, you'll support the General Manager in delivering an excellent experience that our customers will love, leading with energy and inspiring your team to offer a great time, every time.
10. Develop a strong team of multi skilled employees ensuring they deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure and food and beverage
11. Deliver an excellent product and customer experience whilst upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming activities in the Casino.
12. Drive the performance of the casino measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
13. Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
14. Be a key part of a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence and a quality product managing shifts to deliver on these elements.
15. Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability
16. Ensure your casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling
Qualifications
17. Previous casino experience with an understanding of gaming
18. Preferably you’ll hold a Personal Management Licence (PML) but we may be willing to develop the best candidate with the right attitude and behaviours (proactive approach, willingness to get stuck in, confidence to make decisions, desire to learn and develop self)
19. A Customer-Centric Approach that will drive high engagement and confidence in your teams to provide first-class customer service that excites and entertains.
20. Experience of leading a team within a service driven environment
