Patient Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of the NHS patient safety agenda, healthcare compliance, and clinical governance standards. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities for effective engagement with healthcare stakeholders. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritising demands in a healthcare assurance environment. Attention to Detail: High-quality work with meticulous accuracy, essential for maintaining clinical governance and assurance. Presentation Skills: Skill in preparing clear, detailed reports and presentations on complex healthcare information. Audit Experience: Proven experience applying audit findings to drive quality improvement in healthcare.
