About the Role:
As the Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll administration across UK, Germany, Italy & Hong Kong. Your strategic vision will help enhance payroll processes and employee benefits programs, making a real difference in the lives of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end payroll processing for various EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Collaborate with external payroll providers to validate inputs, including salaries and benefits.
3. Identify and implement process improvements for payroll and benefits operations.
4. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from employees across the region.
5. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
