Early Careers & Skills Development Coach- Portsmouth (Hybrid)

The role:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring teaching, learning, and assessment for Level 3 learners, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for success within our business.
* Embrace a culture of continuous professional development to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences.
* Assess and monitor learner progress to ensure they meet industry standards and legislative requirements, ensuring occupational competence.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate learners throughout their learning journey, providing key support to help them reach their full potential.
* Design and deliver blended learning content that fosters innovative thinking, creative problem-solving, and vocational excellence.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
* Proven coaching and mentoring skills to support learners’ personal and professional growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in managing welfare, support, and safeguarding concerns.
* Qualified Pipe Fitter/Fabricator, with in-depth industry knowledge and experience.
Desirable:
* A1/Assessor qualification and/or Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
* Experience in a military or maritime background is advantageous.
* Good IT skills to support blended learning and assessment practices.
