The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is responsible for providing effective administrative support and coordination for the Global Talent Acquisition team. Core Accountabilities:
* Deliver admin and coordination support for recruitment activities
* Post job vacancies on careers sites and manage candidate response (internal and external) as required
* Proactively use online networking sites to source qualified potential candidates
* Review candidates and share with Hiring Manager to select qualified candidates for initial screening and scheduling
* Arrange interviews
* Keep the ATS system accurate and up-to-date for each role
* Help input data and extract reports
* Ensure all recruitment processes, materials and communications support and enhance the employer brand and are in line with the global resourcing frameworks/policies
* Support the planning of on-boarding of new hires as required
* Manage Recruitment Inbox
* Support uploading TA stories in our career site
Key Outputs/Results:
* Support delivery of recruitment solutions for live vacancies
* Sufficient good quality candidates are attracted to the vacancies – methods are cost effective, and candidates are responded to.
* Selection events/interviews/tests enable the recruiting manager to clearly differentiate between candidates and make a balanced decision on candidate suitability
* Ensure the hiring managers understand selection processes - recruitment activity is consistent across the business and SLA’s are adhered to by all relevant parties
* Manage the candidates’ experience through the recruitment process.
* Progress of all recruitment activity is regularly updated and managed
* Provide recommendations and improvements that will enhance the recruitment process.
Essential Knowledge:
* 2-3 years experience in supporting recruitment
Technical Skills:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Planning and organising
* Ability to pick up computer systems quickly
* Attention to details
