Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand and drive ticket sales. They will engage with our community and build strong relationships on and offline with partners.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy through platforms including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok. They will also build and deliver our relationship strategy with industry partners through channels such as LinkedIn.
The successful applicant will work closely with content creators, influencers and our internal teams to generate high-quality content that resonates with people. They will also be required to help optimise, and work on content for, our paid ads portfolio.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has experience managing multiple platforms for a business, is data-driven and able to deliver measurable results. The role currently has no direct reports, however, this could change as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & implement a content strategy to promote Lovetovisit, focussed on increasing followers, customer engagement & brand awareness among users & partners, with particular focus on consumer ticket sales
* Create a content calendar that balances promotional & organic content, aligning objectives & seasonal trends
* Identify & collaborate with content creators to produce great content
* Oversee creation of content, including videos, digital & interactive
* Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
* Research & establish partnerships with relevant influencers, coordinate, monitor & evaluate impact
Social Media Management/Paid Ads:
* Lead the day-to-day management & growth of our social media
* Engage with partners & consumers, reply to comments, answer questions & foster a sense of community
* Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
* Stay ahead of trends & integrate new features
* Optimise & work on content for paid ads
TikTok Account Launch & Management:
* Develop & execute strategy for TikTok
* Create engaging content tailored to the TikTok format
* Experiment & discover what resonates most with the TikTok community
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* Use analytics tools to analyse & report on performance
* Adjust strategies based on performance metrics, tests & community feedback
* Report on metrics to internal teams & Board
* Share insights from social media platforms to inform broader company strategy & product development
Experience & Skills:
Experience:
* Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Social Media Manager, or similar role, with strong record of success
* Hands-on experience managing and growing social accounts
* Experience working with content creators and influencers
Skills:
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
* Strong creative & visual storytelling abilities
* Experience with content creation and curation
* Data-driven approach, with experience in social media analytics & performance metrics
* Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
* Knowledge of trends in the entertainment, event & ticketing industry is a plus
* Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus
Personal Qualities:
* Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle priorities
* Strong attention to detail & ability to deliver quality to tight deadlines
* Team player who is eager to collaborate with different departments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Digital Communications, or a related field, is preferred
Full-time: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)
Office-based: Brighouse West Yorkshire with some homeworking
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
