Hiring Manager: Leanne Thompson Recruiter: Amanda Evans What you'll do Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Tripadvisor’s key restaurant commerce partners. Lead and manage day-to-day partner interactions and regular checkpoints with assigned book of business Foster long-term partner relationships, seeking mutually beneficial solutions to meet business goals. Oversee the partnership lifecycle from pre-sales to success, including commercial negotiations, integration processes, and live campaign management. Develop and implement a comprehensive account management program for assigned clients, aligning Tripadvisor products with client objectives to achieve agreed KPIs and contractual obligations. Operational Excellence & Customer Service: Facilitate the transition from Corporate Partnership Strategy to Partner Success, ensuring smooth launch, integration, and performance optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Core Business Org teams, Partner Analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability in partner service delivery. Strategy & Growth: Develop a knowledge base that deepens the understanding of the commerce partners’ category landscape and business dynamics Guide the development and implementation of Partner Success strategies to achieve KPIs and drive growth. Develop and execute growth strategies, track performance, and identify areas of risk and opportunity, including in collaboration with the Partner Analytical Manager on key projects. Work with various management levels within partner and internal teams to identify and pursue win-win solutions and opportunities. What we need Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B account management, client relationship management, or a related role. Experience in restaurant solutions (tech, services, marketing etc) a plus. Skills: Strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate globally. Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and Salesforce. Results-oriented, organized, flexible, and adaptable to change and new information. Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel. Fluent in English. French-speaking a plus.
