About The Role:
A large, established and sought-after architecture practice known for their timeless work in the heritage sector are seeking an organised and efficient Administrator to them join on a fixed-term contract in Oxford.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for reviewing projects, managing the studio facilities, monitoring levels of stock and supporting across general business processes whilst providing help to the wider technical team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a general administration/operations position with some travel booking experience and will pride themselves on being a go-to person within the team for all things admin related. You will also be greeting guests upon arrival and communicating with clients throughout the working day and therefore a personable and friendly approach is required!

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities management
* Support the projects team with administration duties
* Travel and diary management
* Running project reviews with the Studio Lead
* Maintain office stock levels
* Maintain business processes
* Greet guests and clients upon arrival
* Booking meeting rooms
* Other adhoc admin duties when required
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a studio operations/admin position
* Good numeracy skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding or keen interest in architecture/design
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
* Strong organisation skills
* Friendly, approachable and proactive
